The whip-quick videos are fun, catchy, and they play to being entertaining. This vid isn’t particularly engaging, it’s improvised, super rough around the edges, but it was a stepping stone in my process to begin speaking. Funnily enough, I’ve been going through my journals, ones written in the 2000s. It’s so clear in reading back how I wasn’t listening to myself. ...
How easy it is to look busy, look like I am putting myself out there, but actually it is a ploy to avoid speaking so I am not heard, and safe from being judged.
